  1. There are plenty of strategies which help us improve our vocabulary knowledge. I personally make a list of words which are commonly used in specific contexts. Now and then, I browse through this list and write down some words and expressions on a piece of paper and try to make use of them in a real conversation over the Internet.

  2. What I do most is speak to myself in English to increase my Vocabulary. This will help me to find out there are still many words and sentences I don't know how to express, then after looking up those words, I will memorize them and try to use them often afterwards.

  3. Hello,

I have a question about this matter for you.How can I know that a vocabulary is high frequent word?
because I have two problems: 1-I have to know which words are formal and suitable for writing.2-which words are informal and I can use in speaking. This recognition is really easy for native speakers, but it makes English difficult to learn for me.I am a little confused.Would you please help me? How can I know a word is high frequent?

  4. There are many ways to improve your vocabulary. One of my most skills to memorize vocabulary is to find synonym as much as possible.
For example, you know one word that is "insist." You can find many words instead of insist like persist, assert, claim, maintain, assume, conclude, think...
And then you must use and convert these words when you write some essay.
