For example, who would you talk to first in these cases:
- You need advice about breaking up with a girlfriend or boyfriend.
- You want to borrow money for a trip to Europe.
- You failed some classes at school, and you might be kicked out of the university, but you have to tell one of your parents your situation.
- You don't know how to find a summer job to earn money for school.
- You crashed your parents car while speeding, and you need to tell them.

I will tell both of them the truth ,but the problems must be solved by myself.
ReplyDeleteWhenever I have a problem - no matter what it is - I turn to my parents for advice. I talk to them about anything. We have a common channel of communication based on trust and respect. I may talk to my friends about what I've been going through but in the end it's always my parents who will always be there for me in times of trouble.
ReplyDeleteI seldom tell them my confidences. When I encounter problems,I usually solve it by myself or get some advices and helps from my close friends.I only tell them when i find it important and necessary.
ReplyDeleteWell, I have had a habbit of solving my problems by myself since I was a child. If the problem seems to be unsolvable to me, I will ask my older sister for help. The reason why I do that is my parent are too busy to earn money to bring up their children. They do not have time to educate and play with us. Sometime, I feel so sad about that. However, think positively I can become more dependent than the children who receive too much care from their parents.
ReplyDeleteMy parents are both elementary teachers, their working place isn't much complicated. And their friends are most from the education circle. The narrow circle sometimes will make the advices got from them not worth to accept. I am used to discuss some important problems with my aunt. She is a wise person. She always found out the key point of my problem, and pointed out different perspectives I never thought.
ReplyDeleteI almost solve anything by myself from child. I don’t want to let parents worry about me. Sometimes I made things to mess and hurt by myself. Lucky I got many experiences.

ReplyDeleteWhenever I have a problem, I often seek advice from my mother. She is the one I think of first because she is always available and is willing to offer help when I am in trouble. Moreover, she has a deep understanding of my feelings; as a result, it is more easier and welcoming when talking and sharing with her. More importantly, I always find solutions after I talk to her.
