  1. I'd definitely like to work fewer hours this year so that I can devote some of my spare time to working out or doing anything healthy. I also want to eat healthy food and try to live a more balanced life so that I can put some time aside for family and friends. Last year I worked so hard that I could hardly visit friends and family members as often as I used to do.
    Happy New year, Randall!

  3. This year, I really promised to give up smoking. I really wanted to settle into a more healthy lifestyle. Need to jog three times a week to keep my body healthy and active. Also need to look for a day time job, call centering job really makes me feel like I'm worn out all the time. Need to have a balance diet and rest. Need to attend to mass and be with the choir every Sunday. I missed doing that last year.

Warmest regards and happy new year, Randall!

  4. well, actually, this year I want to have score about 8.x in my major english. I also want to attend an online course about cima or acca because I hope to work in accounting fields after having graduated. an other target is practicing to have a healthy body.to do that, I must to manage my time and accompany exactly. but now I found that english is too large. I also must learn english idioms, but I rearly use them because I'm learning academic English. also, it's so hard to learn more new words daily. they themselves are the problems that I have to solve in this year. happy new year, wish happiness for all.

  5. I happened to find Randall ESL lab at the end of year 2008. Since then, I've been listening them every day.On January 1, I made up my mind to complete listening the lab by the end of next month, Febluary. I'm thankful for Mr Randall who provided us these learning opportunities free for those who take English as the second language. Green lover,Japan
