That's true that everyone's hoping for change. However, I don't believe that one person (a president or any other leaders) can bring it alone. This can just be done in a collective and collaborative manner. Leaders have the ability of bringing people together for their excellent rhetorical skills but if we really want to change something, each of one us should do their job - no matter what we do - everyone plays in an important role on our journey for change. Although there are great leaders everywhere, they should not be expected to bring change alone unless we participate actively and directly in bringing it about.
