It is also interesting that many visitors ARE native speakers, but they might have hearing impairments and benefit from the listening content in interpreting meaning from the sounds they hear. I never thought about this use when I first started my site back in 1998.

ReplyDeletebecause i try do many exercises like walking 2 times by day and riding a bicycle but according to me you should eat with a regular basis means breakfast lunch and dinner and don't eat between meals and you have to walk a bit after dinner, it's very important so you can sleep without trouble, and you can eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and more fish and avoid meat and alcohol and smoke, take care everyone, because don't joking with health.
