ReplyDeleteMy wife and I also prevent waste of potentially useful materials by taking recyclable materials such as glass, paper, batteries to drop-off centers where they will later on be recycled.
Being environment-friendly or green has become a new trend in Brazil, and it's certainly helped people become aware of the impact their life style may have on the local environment.
What about you? What do you do to protect the environment?

Environment-friendly life style is a trend in Japan too.
Basically Japanese people hate the wasteful act - have you ever heard of the word 'mottainai'?- but recently it seemed we lost that mind in the mass-consumption society.
Now we are aware that we need to go back to the basic Japanese.
However, we are used to using disposable products.
Recycling takes us longer time than using disposable things.
I hope that there will be the 'environment-friendly' which all the people can enjoy.

However, there are some companies who try to support recycling activities and taking care the environment buying phone directories, newspaper or plastic bottles.

ReplyDeleteI think recycling is a good form to help the environment. Sometimes I separate cans, cardboard boxes and plastic bottles from the other rubbish because I know they can be recycled. If everyone recycles we would help very positively the environment.

Hello! We are students of the state of Campeche, and we believe that recycling is an essential process that serves to reuse the materials or products that people feel useless. People are unaware of what happens on our planet, and that doing this procedure we reduce the high level of pollution in our day today are suffering for the sake of it. This procedure is very important because many people today do not have the habit of recycling, the lack of information and ignorance.

Such is the case of a neighbor name Carlos
He is one of the few citizens who reuses some things, the told us that their daily work to reduce pollution is to recycle and do as follows; reused white sheets, separating organic waste from inorganic and pastimes important is to collect plastic bottles from the streets.
The same is done in our school, because in the same projects are performed such that recycling plastic bottles are collected by the students on campus, the batteries are collected by all members of the same order to be taken to a company to reuse them again, and even the teachers prefer students to reuse the leaves of the previous courses.
We conclude that maybe people do not do this process because of lack of information, as it does great harm to the planet and our lives.

ReplyDeleteour view is that recycling is a very important process in our community but we are not taking very important and we understand but we do recycle damage to our planet. campeche could say that people consume approximately 14,000 plastic bottles per day and only 6,000 are recycled, some of these people recycle organic and inorganic waste are few who do this work for the planet, Using recycled paper to help much the planet and less trees are cut down, Finally say that there are many ways to keep our planet healthy, But the only way is grasping consciousness and try to use as much as possible what we consume and then recycle it as we're saying ..

today most people are taking even a little awareness for recycling and not wasting so much garbage.
In my town to and few people to recycle and that's good because it starts little by little, the most commonly recycled materials are cardboard, paper, glass and plasticos.Todas people should start to become aware about the care of planet more care for and preserve it.
As a team we think of different ways we can recycle, and an example we can take to school that has a program where students help separate the plastic bottles. Also we have garbage cans with instructions to deposit our bottles. Is a good way to help the school and contribute to the ecological culture. Unfortunately we can not do the same everywhere because there are people who still do not understand the big change now is suffering in the world with the vast amount of waste generated daily. This not only affects us, because there are animals and plants that are part of the ecosystem and they are also involved in the process of life.
ReplyDeleteAll materials can be recycled; some are a little more expensive but can be reused. We must know that the plastic takes 100 years to decompose. a way to help is to use alternative energies because they do not generate pollution and maintenance costs are not as high. maybe in Mexico have not been implemented but there are many institutions that want to help and create causes that motivate more young people to enter this amazing world of recycling.
In conclusion, there is still much to do but still can do something that makes a difference

ReplyDeleteHello, we are a group of high school students from the City of Campeche, in the country of Mexico, with an important opinion about recycling.
ReplyDeleteIn our state, recycling is not very important, because few people do this activity, only people with limited economic resources, collect plastic bottles and sell them.
Another most important thing here in Campeche, is to separate organic waste from inorganic, very few people do this activity.
The garbage truck travels twice a week, people separate their garbage, but the garbage truck is stirring all at the same time what serves to separate the trash if they will not respect the separation.
In our school there are projects to know about recycling, and it worked very effectively the collection of plastic bottles are used every day around 600 plastic bottles between students and teachers of the school.
The plastic bottles are thrown, are recycled in special bags for this type of storage. After collecting, comes a special collects truck to move from the school to recycling center the city.
Another thing that is doing the same way here at school is that teachers previously used paper reused.

ReplyDeleteWe have no deep-rooted culture of recycling, because although it is not justified, we are a very small state that does not cause much waste. From my house jointly cooperate with my family to care for the world we live in that both want and gives us so much, some of our measurements are separate garbage, large bottles and pots of reuse, we save power as much as possible and we very careful with water use. More than recycling, we focus on reuse and reduce. Being such a small place where we live we can not recycle as it is, but apart from our bit at home trying to buy things made with recycled material. In the end no matter how much we do but take good care of our environment right? waiting for the sake of love for our planet unites us, the dialogue remains open to continue sharing ways of making good to the world. and do not forget that somewhere in Mexico have a new friend. I loved and still love like this ideas and all that will be useful to save our Environment .And i have simple idea if you can convert it from dream to fact such as if we can suggest to city council and in the beginning we can start in small area in tow or three zones ( AS THE TEST )we will put small trash cans front side of those homes in that tow or three zones and we will ask the local population to put any Paper products (news paper.Books.Magaziens ETC ) in this trash cans and and we as(local valanteers )will collect that twice weekly and we will sale that to the factories to recycle it again then we can find good income then we can help and spend this money in small development projects community like ( lighting streets,paint sidewalks,or help poor people or even Orphanage or infirmary )Thank all of you and here my connect < okmsaz@aol.com > Thank and God bless All of you
