  7. Quite frequently,I see and hear about how to succeed in new year's resolutions. And it sounds pretty easy to follow the secrets given. However, when it comes to achieve English language ability, I feel lost. Not only is it difficult to set a partly segmented goal in a language learning, but it also seems to be hard to get there since it can not be tangibly verified. For instance, I set a goal to pass the test of toefl several times; sometimes partly in detail about how to study and what to study, other times generally in a long period of time. Nonetheless, it does not seem to work it as it plans quite often. It looks different from achieving of any other goals, doesn't it? Any new ideas? Please, share with me.
