oh beautiful poem.This poem is showing a beautiful & subtle relationship between teacher & student.That how teacher understands the feelings of his students & how he encourages them in a very polite manner.and it is also depicting the feelings & insecurities of new learners(birds).i really like this poem.Respect to all teachers.
